I arrived in just a couple of days, Bonus! It came out of the box, and the adapter part was missing. I got in touch with the company via Amazon. In the meantime, I used an adjustable power cord and adapter set that I have for my own laptop to set up the computer for my husband so it would be ready to go for Father's day. I had a busy couple of days, but, the customer service was on the ball, this company was impressive, reactive, and didn't stop until I had exactly what I needed. I can't tell you how good that feels in todays marketplace! Thanks for everything, we love our computer, it works great, it's RAM is amazing, and the touch screen makes it a family favorite for many of our games, especially the ones that make you find hidden objects in a large picture. Any issues we have had were related to the websites and gaming platforms themselves, not the computer. It's my first Toshiba, and my first Touch Screen Computer, but, I have a feeling it might not be the last.....
