This case is exactly what I needed. Large, but not behemoth, well-built, 8x SATA/SAS hotswap bays, quality power supply, excellent cooling and plenty of room. This case is nowhere near silent, but with the right system board all 4 80mm PWM fans will adjust speed automatically to keep your components cool while at the same time keeping the noise to a minimum. I have this server underneath my desk and the noise isn't bothersome, though you definitely know it's there and running - especially if the CPU is under load and the fans spin up a bit.
