Well I took the leap and purchased this cover at full price and am very pleasantly surprised with the fit and quality, though it took awhile to arrive. The fit is basically perfect with all the right "cutouts" for power, headphones, everything else including dock port (though I'm curious to see if it will still work with the dock while in the case - I expect it will since the leather around the port is not overly padded). It does add a bit of heft and thickness to the overall footprint but gives the overall package a nice leatherbound book feel. The three kickstand positions are great, though I wish it had a fourth to allow it to lay a bit flatter. The quality of the materials seems high and durable and gives the tablet a more "executive" look. As much as I hate to say it (considering how budget minded I usually am), but this cover is worth the price if you have the extra bucks and I do not regret my purchase at all. Hope that helps someone make a more educated decision than the other speculators that have posted here.
