Previously owned the KXP-2123 which was a much better machine, especially with the color printing options.
The KX-p1121E prints in black only. It's good for quick prints and multi-page printing but not that great for good quality printing like you may be accustomed to with inkjets & laser printing. Overall, it's okay as long as that's what you expect when buying the product. It was a bit challenging to get it setup with Windows 8 but finally got through the hoops...boo on W8 -user UNfriendly!. Purchasing & shipping was fine -no problems there.
