I bought it for a client who had the TZ210 from the same company and this thing is nothing but trouble.
I love all the features, bells and whistles especially at this price point but the thing is just not reliable and the company is a bit on the sketchy side too.
It is fairly decent to setup, you need to know what you are doing for sure and to understand firewalls to get it up and running with custom configuration. For a simple office setup you can be up and running in minutes though.
The hardware looks solid but the software is buggy.
I set it up with 2 wan connections in failover mode which i thought would help me make sure the network is reliable.
The problem with this device is that it will just go offline randomly for no reason, a restart will help to get things up and running again it will run again for a few days and go offline. If there is no one onsite this is a major hassle not to mention downtime when people cannot work.
At one of the outages the website for sonicawall was down not only where the router was but in general - when I finally reached support they said the site was going through routine maintenance, what is this 1998? Can't put a temp page with contact info? From a high availability firewall company this is not acceptable.
Tech support is friendly and capable and fairly easy to reach when their website is down, I think they are based overseas but have had no problems communicating with them. They have troubleshooted the same problem several times, always interested in closing the ticket ASAP and the problem will return after a week. I was told this is not a "Mature" product and it will take some times to work out the bugs - I heard that from a rep that could not tell me why the product is not working the way it should. So I paid a bunch of money to be a beta tester for SonicWall because they cannot QA their products before releasing them.
At this point I don't think I can return it. I will have to shop for another item from another vendor.
