I purchased this monitor stand to go along with the arm + laptop version of the mount (K60905US). These mounts are not the easiest to find but Amazon carries both.

The up/down adjustments are extremely easy to use and make moving the monitor a cinch. This is not the tallest monitor stand you can find. If that's a concern, your monitor size and mounting location will dictate distance from the desk. My 24" Samsung 245BW sits ~8 in above the desk w/ the arm fully raised.

I found that I could secure the mount to the desk well enough to extend the monitor arm fully. This model is designed to have a second arm on the opposite side. Unfortunately, I do not know what that part number is or how to order it.

While pricey, this mount is a good deal if you like the height flexibility and configuration options it offers.
