Good system. Perfect size and components for an HTPC. The CPU is fast enough to run all video content and it has plenty of ports, including a couple of front USB connectors. Fairly compact, although thicker than a typical DVD player or a PS3.

I've seen others complain that the included SATA cables were too short and that it was too noisy. Well, I assembled the system with a 2.5" SSD and I was able to use one of the included SATA cables - extra length not necessary. As far as noise, I can hear the fan in a quiet room, but not otherwise, so not an issue for me.

The space inside is pretty tight, so make sure you don't get memory modules with tall heat spreaders (e.g., RipJaws). I got ones with regular heat spreaders and I still had to unscrew the drive bay to plug in my memory - but no further issues.

I didn't like the bright LED across the front panel, so I ended up pulling out the lamps that light it up (there is one on each end). There is still a light near the on-off button that works and lets me know when the PC is on.

Very pleased with the purchase overall. Nothing fancy, but cheap and does exactly what it's supposed to.
