Purchased this hard drive in December of 2012 with a one year warranty from the seller. Worked fine until August of 2013 then it died. Contacted the listed number several times and left messages. No response. A search on Google maps reveals their store ( or lack there of) was in a strip mall with no signs of their existence. Fortunately Amazon did the right thing and gave me a refund. Five stars for Amazon doing the right thing, no stars for the seller.
