I own a pharmacy and needed a printer that could handle the volume of printing we do. I was looking to buy a new printer because our old printer that was also refurbished, broke down after only a year. I was appalled to find out that the new Lexmark printers had such costly toners. At the volume of printing we do, we need a new toner every two months. The new Lexmark printers come with toners that cost anywhere from $300-$500. So even if this printer breaks down after a year, I still come out ahead. This printer looks great and works great too. I would give it 5 stars, but its only been 2 months and the really test can only be passed over time. We'll see how this printer holds up. If it gets me through a year, I'll definitely change my rating to 5 stars.
