This drive works as advertised. Plug and play. It seems fast and quiet. This is a bare disk. No cables, no mounting screws, etc. but at this price who can complain. Now for the bad news. I'm surprised the drive worked at all. The drive came in a static free bag and nothing else for protection. It was thrown into a box with a HEAVY drill set and a drive holder. The only packing was one air pillow strip which rode on top of the contents. The drive, drill set, and drive holder were free to bounce around for the trip.
