These were cheap ... but after a few weeks of use, I realize they are starting to leak, and smear across my pages. For us, we only print price tags with these so it's not going to break the deal, but I probably will not be using these for a while. Better to buy retail new, one set, then a self-refill kit. These cartridges are a completely manufactured tank, not refurbished from original, so there is definitely something in the manufacturing process that provides an area for toner to leak. A self-refill kit is really messy, but doable if leaking is something you are concerned about. You'll have to buy some toner plugs so after each fill, you can plug the toner back up.//Added 8/8/13 --->
The leak issue still persists but like I mentioned earlier, we only print price signs, so it's not like going to kill the deal. The one nice thing though is that these toner cartridges do have reset flags on them and generally have quite a bit of toner left after the reset flag hits zero. Unlike electronic flags on newer tanks, this can be reset with a simple screwdriver. It voids the warranty of the tank, but at like $20 a pop, it's not a big deal. Just unscrew the cap covering the reset flag (a little white, circular gear), and rotate it back to its starting position. I got like 3 uses out of my yellow tank before it went too light for regular use.

There is one interesting fact about this manufacturing process in that the tanks are transparent. You can actually see how much toner is left in the tank. The reset flag is on one side of the tank, just unscrew the two screws, and turn the gear back 180* and screw it back in. Each tank is good for 2 full reset flag uses. After that, switch to a new tank. Still leaking, but it's way cheaper than using OEM.
