Our TeraStation started making noises yesterday and one of my co-workers lost a days work. I checked the logs and it turns out the UPS connected to the NAS was the problem. Our NAS hasn't been around too long so I didn't know, until I scanned the trashbox folder, that the TeraStation saves (backs-up) several instances of files currently being used.
